Dinner And A Movie At M&Ms

Monday night, Matt and Megan invited over the entire gang for some food and a movie. How kind of them!!! Its great to have a good group all within five minutes of each other. I know they are happy to finally be settled in the new house.

I arrived a bit after 6pm, and Denby and Jason were already on the couch. Denby was perusing the entertainment news, and Jason showed me some great pictures in Maxim. Yay hot girls!!! Megan bought some olive spread from Trader Joes, and I loved it. No one else was hot on the spread so, I had a lot. I stepped outside to help Matt grill up the chicken. He spent the entire day cleaning out the back deck/sunroom. That is the last project to be completed. Its looking good.

After the chicken was grilled, potateos cooked, salad tossed, and bread baked, we sat in front of the TV for the movie. We all had troughs err food stands to eat from. I just lowered my face down without moving on the couch! It was awesome. Ritchie showed up just in time for the start. The movie of choice was The Notebook. Its a love story that follows a high school relationship. The two loose each other and ? I wont spoil the end, but its decent. It moves slow, and we desecreted all that was holy with the movie. I mean, come on, the combined maturity level of Myself, Jason, Denby, and Matt has to be that of a misbehaved three year old that forgot to take his medication. So Fun.

The movie was over about 10pm. Perfect time to head back to Homeland for sleep. I really had a good time. We should get together at my house for movie night next!!! Gotta get through the work week somehow... Thanks Matt and Megan!
